What's with the hate on long nails?

I have natural long nails and can't stand short ones. On guys they are ok but on girls it make you look manly and gross. No matter what if you nails are short I think they bite them which is nasty. I take a lot of time taking care of my nails and love them long, and other people do too (so I can scratch their backs). They are also useful weapons. You piss me off and I wil scratch or dig my nails into you.

What should I do.? Please help.?

Okay, so me and my ex girlfriend were going out for a year before we decided to break up. The reason was because we fought and argued way to much than what was necessary. Well after we remained sort of I don't know, friends with benefits? More than that, We still met on a daily basis, kissed, told each other we loved each other, things you would do in a relationship. The only thing was she would talk to so many guys, and go to the movies with other guys. She's told me time and time again that she doesn't do anything, like I think she is. I told her the day I find out she's doing something with another guy I want nothing to do with her. The thing is though we're not together so she flirts with so many guys and things like that, but in the end it's basically like we're together. She comes with me and my family to places and that sort of things. Well yesterday she came over and signed into Facebook with my iPod and she fell asleep and remained signed in. So I decided to be nosy and look at her messages, I came upon a message that was her telling her cousin she made out with some guy and blah blah and talking about other guys. And another message talking to some guy saying she'd send him a picture of her stomach. I woke her up took her home, confronted her about it saying like why are you being so easy telling this guy you'd send him a picture and blah blah, she replied by saying that's not being easy. I then said bye and left home, then when I got home is when I saw the message about her making out with the guy and all those other things so I texted her told her what I saw and told her I want nothing to do with her, and for her not to talk to me and I said bye. She replied by saying she didnt do it and all this other bullcrap sent me like 7 messages saying like please!!, reply!!, Babe!! stuff like that and her last message said I'll always love you and i'll always be here for you call me whenever you want to talk..byee.. and I never replied. Is this the right reaction? Should I not be mad since we're not together? Although I feel as if we are. I still love her very much, and I don't know what to do. This hurt me very much. Sorry for it being so long, What should I do????? please help. Thanks..

The night my grandpa died, I had this dream?

So my grandpa died like 4 years ago and the night that he died, I had this dream. I dreamt that me and him were sitting in his bedroom and we were just talking only when I woke up, I couldn't remember what either of us had said. Just want to clarify, this was after he died. This has always kind of bothered me though because it's so much unlike any other dream I've ever had. I've never ever had a dream that normal. My dreams are always screwed up. Hell, two nights ago I dreamt I was Lord Voldemort and once I had a dream that everyone in Star Wars was made of rice and Obi-Wan kept saying "May the rice be with you". So what do you think this dream means because I really feel that it means something.

If your child or teen starts gaining weight, do you mention it?

So I saw a question on here about someones ELEVEN year old daughter gaining about 30 pounds and her grandmother offered her 3.00 a POUND that she loses. Thats BULLCRAP. Do you have any idea what that does to your kid, when her own FAMILY is telling her shes getting fat? My mom used to tell me I was "gainging weight" when I was in around 6th grade and do you know how it affected me? I STOPPED eating and started making myself throw up and exercise constantly. You think its just an innocent way of helping her, but really you're demolishing her self esteem and making her think theres something wrong with her. If you want her to be healthier, get her involved in a health club and take away all the junk shes been eating. Do it as a family! Dont just single her out as the broken one. Anyways.. now that my little rant is over, what are your opinions?

Why does God have to burn us in hell for eternity when human life is so short?

I am posing this question after hearing the Christian argument that God did not create evil, and that evil is just the "absence of God." And that humans are given "free will" otherwise we'd all be like robots created to serve God without a choice. Doesn't sound like a choice to me. Sounds like an ultimatum. God basically says "serve me or else I will banish you to fire and brimstone for ETERNITY!" In most cases humans live less than 100 years. Even if we were given a life sentence for every tiny sin we committed in our lifetime-that still would not constitute a googleplex to the googleplex power of "years" and beyond to infinity in Hell. If god is fair and just how could he do this to people who didn't agree to these terms before they were born? Why not just make us cease to exist and go about his business? Why beat a dead horse zillions of years later? Please help me understand this mess as I just can't understand how God can be "all love" when he is the one that created hell. Even if you argue he didn't create evil- he still created hell which he didn't have to do. sounds like God is breaking some of the 7 deadly sins himself: especially WRATH and PRIDE.

I drove my Mazda 3 for 90 miles on low oil level (according to dipstick reading) without the engine ceasing?

Does that mean there was still enough oil to keep engine running without being damaged? I noticed i wasn't getting as good of gas mileage as i used to. My low oil light did not turn on. Also, my temperature gauge was in between cold and hot the whole time.

Do you think even William and Kate would be with us in our opinion...?

William and Kate are conditioned to act the way the royals do, they do have a big roll in there wedding considering all the hype, they picked out what they wanted and have it and have waited for this day to come for just about a decade. Yes, the Royal Wedding Is Way Overrated. Thankfully here in America we do not have any royalty. But this is right for William and Kate after all they are having there own reception and the breakfast the next morning, they each choose a wedding cake they wanted and more.
