Is male bashing common on college campuses?

I go to Aurora University, and it seems like most of the girls there talk a lot of trash about guys. I heard one girl say "Guys will screw anything that walks," and I heard other groups of girls say stuff like "Men don't listen," and that men are 'trainable.' I also heard a group of girls I walked by one time, say "Screw all guys," and guys are little boys who can't keep their penis in their pants." The list goes on and on, and I have heard many other things from girls at Aurora University. Is male bashing common on college campuses? The male bashing really bugs me.
