Work not giving breaks to employees?

There are no legal requirements that employers have to give 10 or 15 minute breaks or meal breaks. So the employer wouldn't get into any trouble if you reported it to anyone. If company policy requires breaks and it says so in your employee handbook, the manager ignoring that requiremment could get into trouble with her manager.
