What should i say to him?

ok so there is this guy that i REALLY REALLY like an he lives like 3 hours away an me an my family see him like every weekend and i think he likes me cuz the last time we went up to where he lives i went to see if maybe he wanted to come over an his mom sed that he hasnt eaten yet but then he was like i can just eat really fast then go hang out there rite?!?! an then his mom sed i guess so he ate this bowl of chili super fast then he was like k done and his mom was like ok so watcha gonna do over there an smiled and he whispered in a mean voice mom stop it then she just sed ok have fun and smiled but i just pretended that i didnt hear wat he sed but after that well he is kindda shy and so after he acted really wierd and we r goin up there again 2marrow an i wanted to know what 2 say to give him a chance to ask him out but something that doesnt seem 2 obviose like i want him to know that i like him but nothin so obviose that if he doesnt ask it will screw up our friendship o an his 2 brothers also told me he liked me but im still not sure wat to do cuz i have known him my whole life an i dont wanna ruin our friendship......... pleaze respond as soon as u can!!!!!!!!!!!!!
