Am I a Jerk for not caring if someone I dont like was murdered?

This dude I know was ran over by a car in a hit and run and I honestly don't care if he died. I'm not talking sh*t about him, i'm just not caring and annoyed by people on fb acting like they know the guy and saying RIP you were a true friend (even though they barely know him) and bullcrap like that. The news makes him sound like he was an angel even though he buys cigs and alcohol for minors and he was a druggie himself. i honestly don't like him cuz he pretty much got my friend into some serious trouble with the law by buying him alcohol. though its my friends fault for buying the alcohol from him, the guy didn;t need to do it for him though. there was no pressure on him. i also hate him for multiple things such as, hes a jerk, hes a druggie, no job, troublemaker, etc. I hope you guys understand where I'm coming from and not call me a jerk. I'm keeping my mouth shut cuz i don't want people to be all on me about how im a punk for talking crap about him. I'm basically venting on yahoo answers but what do you think about me?
