Could my dad get a copy of my texts?

It just seems like the kinda thing he would do if it's possible. He says that he's gonna get "details" of who I've been texting from sprint so I'm wondering if he can get my texts too. I'm not a bad kid but I have sent quite a few inappropriate messages (not sexts) just saying inappropriate things to my friends about girls. I would be totally screwed if he did that so I hope he cant. Can anyone help?
