If that is the mother's house she can't kick you out unless she owns the home out right, in fact if that is the family home she has to leave if proven to be a danger. So this sound like a lengthy troll situation cause If your mom is in the mental hospital then she is collecting a check or something. You would really need to get CPS involved regardless. If you are 18 and over and prove sound then CPS can grant you temporary custody.
