Suspended for 3 days for putting food in toilet?

Ok so im at school and i get this piece of crap desert with my meal along with some cold food as its the end of the year. So being myself i decided to take it and put it in the toilet to be with its own kind. (CRAP) Apparently, not flushing it cause the cleaning lady to go in the toilet and fish the food out with her hands. I was later called down to the office and told that i would be suspended for 3 days for Vandalism. I told him i didnt damage anything but the assistant principle said that that just means i dont need to pay for anything. What should i do i mean my parents think this is the biggest load of bullcrap the school has ever did?
