I know I have dyslexia I have trouble with reading comprehension and I can't form a normal sentance?

But my main problem is speech I screw up what I'm trying to say alot or I'll involuntarily say things like ( I have Riss like a pace horse) instead of ( i have to piss like a race horse). I do things like a lot without trying and sometimes fumble over words and can't recover. I just keep screwing it up until stop talking. My question is since I have snow of 172 why do I talk stupid. I'm a truck driver and computer tech by trade and artist "drawing" do I have dyslexia if so what kind? When I was a kid I was told I was slow until 5 years ago when I took an iq test and was 174 took again 172. I took one. of the free ones online I got the highest score 142 they emailed me and told me 142 was the highest possible score. But I don't feel smart. I just want some legitimate answer. Any help will greatly appreciated and smart *** coments like " if your so smart you figure it out" is not neccassary. There pages online about dyslexia but there vague on detail. Thanks for any help
