How can I record audio from my speakers?

Hi there, I'm sure this is a very common question but how can I record audio from my speakers without doing that stereo selection thing, I'm sure there's some program out there that can do it. And please, No bullcrap, I've seen other questions of this and people just post crap and don't even know what they talking about.
