Xbox 360 controller screw size?

Ok so I have one controller that doesn't work. And I have another controller (the silver version) that is fin except for the analog sticks. So I wanted to remove the analog sticks from the messed up one and attach them tho the good controller. I wanted to know what size screw driver I would need to accomplished this. And helpful tips too. Thanks!!
