Girl problems can you help?

so there is this girl i like and we always arguing about staff we have 3 major problems we must work on but the one i have trouble the must is when i ask her to do something with me outside of school she says she cant cuz her parents wont let her. recently tho she join the marines and she goes to their training. well i also found out that she does things with them like movies and such. she says her parents are cool with that cuz the are marines. i find that kind of unfair. then we argued about it and she gave me this new bullcrap about me being all talk and no action when i ask her to do things with me. i just didnt get it first she tells me its her parents and now she tells me that its me. whats up with that? is she being "fake" like my other friends say? what do you guys think?
