I cant get my contacts in. help!!!?

ok well yesterday i got a pair of contacts, it took me a total like hour to put my left one in, take my right one out (doctor put the one in) and then put my right one back in. last night it took me like 40 mins to take them out. and now today i keep trying to put them in, and cant. i tried repeating what i did at the office and it isnt helping, i looked up some ways to put them in, like looking up, holding my upper lid with my left index and bottom eyelid with right middle fingers and everything, my main problem isnt holding my eye, but no matter where i put the contact on my eyeball it simply wont hold onto it. the contact itself folds over and molds to the tip of my finger, and stays on it, i tried drying my hands. but then it falls off midway to reaching my eye.... im seriously becomes aggitated, because im a busy person, the glasses are killing me. and i dont have time eery day to fit an hour of bullcrap hassle into my schedule. so if anyone has a way to simply get in and get done quickly i'd love some help
