Ok my eating schedule got screwed up. Last week I was depressed and I only ate like one little thing everyday for that week. Now this week after anything I eat I get very bloated and need to burp after I eat. And I cant eat past midnight anymore or I cant sleep, I used to be able to do this and sleep fine. I dont know if this is normal or not but its making me feel horrible. I just wanna know how to get back on schedule?
