Ok, why am i tripping out. Occasionally my mind feels like its seeing things and hearing them a hundered Mph?

You see. ill be looking at something or watching telly and it will seem like i am hearing the words coming out in fast forward. I haven't done any drugs so dont give me that bullcrap. and its been happening for years, on an off every 3 weeks to a few months. Maybey its a sugar thing. It only goes on for 3-5 minutes and stops. ususually it stops if i yell out or have a shower haha, but its odd! any ideas
