WAGES and RAISES at work?

This happens all the time. That's why employers frown on employees discussing their wages with fellow employees. I used to work in payroll and saw everyone's wages and the new people came in a lot of times making more than those who had been there for years. Sometimes workers don't deserve a raise...sometimes they just need to ask. If you do don't mention anything about anyone else's wages!
