Drug tests and Sport Physicals (if your a doctor please respond)?

So I'm 15 years old and Im joining my school track team. But to join the team its mandatory that I take a physical. I need the physical taken by August 10 (2011) and I stopped smoking weed about 6 days ago. Will the doctors give me a drug test? I have been exercising and drinking a lot of water. will this help me if I plan on telling my parents about the physical in August or am I screwed.
